Alpine Farms in Natural Bridge Station, Virginia needed new pond liner construction for the complete main house and ancillary building project. Engineering Concepts, Inc. was chosen for the process and civil design.

Their choice was a 40 mil textured HDPE liner furnished and installed on the 70,500 SF lagoon. The pond had a modified top of slope/anchor trench so no liner material would be exposed. The pond has maintained a permanent water elevation and decorative plant has been placed around the pond.

Environmental Fabrics, Inc. of Gaston, SC was chosen for the geomembrane work on this project. The geomembrane work was started late winter and was completed on schedule. The cell was placed in operation and the liner has functioned as designed with little required maintenance.
